About

I'm a Senior Product Manager with 10+ years delivering B2B SaaS and platform products across EMEA and the US — and I close the gap between AI capability and real user value, because I've closed it myself, twice over.

I lead full product ownership: opportunity discovery, roadmap definition, cross-functional delivery, and go-to-market execution. At Optoma, that includes formally line managing two Product Managers across UK and US markets — appraisals, OKR-setting, and day-to-day product direction — alongside commercial ownership of Optoma's SaaS platform and seven multi-country product launches.

Inside that role, I identified the need for AI-powered competitive intelligence in the EMEA sales organisation, built CompeteAI end-to-end, and took it through IT and security review to sanctioned internal deployment — migrating it onto Optoma's Azure infrastructure and defining the data governance model that underpins it. That's the part most PMs who talk about AI haven't done: navigated a self-built product through real enterprise governance.

Outside work, I design and ship full-stack AI-native SaaS products independently through Lenzo Labs — JamJar Pro, QuantumBuild AI, and Compeerly — using React, Supabase, Replit and Claude Code, integrating OpenAI's GPT-4o for RAG-grounded outputs, structured data pipelines, and provenance-tracked results.

I'm particularly drawn to AI-native and platform-driven products where roadmap decisions directly shape adoption, trust, and commercial outcomes — and where the gap between AI capability and real user value needs someone who's closed it before, more than once, in more than one context.

Senior Product Manager — SaaS & Platform Strategy (Official title: EMEA Business Manager)

Optoma Europe | Feb 2022 – Present | Hemel Hempstead, England

Product and commercial lead for Optoma's connected display SaaS platform and hardware portfolio across EMEA. Operating as the de facto Senior PM with dual accountability for product feature direction and regional commercial performance, including formal line management of a two-person PM team.

  • Line managed two Product Managers (UK and US markets), providing formal appraisals, OKR-setting, and day-to-day direction on prioritisation and stakeholder management.
  • Commercial product owner for Optoma Management Suite (SaaS): feature requirements, backlog prioritisation with engineering, and UX alignment across platform updates for EMEA channel partners.
  • Led seven cross-functional product launches across EMEA and the US — positioning, sales enablement, and launch playbooks.
  • Delivered 200% YoY category growth through product repositioning and a restructured GTM approach.
  • Championed data-driven roadmap prioritisation and KPI tracking across multiple regions; owned quarterly business performance reporting to EMEA leadership.

CompeteAI — AI Competitive Intelligence Platform (internal)

Identified the need for AI-powered competitive intelligence within the EMEA sales organisation and built the platform end-to-end — OpenAI GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini, live competitor data ingestion, real-time streaming outputs, narrative caching, and four independently tuned prompt architectures for different sales contexts. Took it through IT and security review to sanctioned internal deployment, migrated it onto Optoma's Azure PostgreSQL estate, and defined the data governance model — admin-level ingestion, named ownership of data currency, recency signalling to users — that protects output trustworthiness as usage scales. Currently running a structured validation programme with EMEA sales teams ahead of extending the platform to further product categories.

Owned the product lifecycle and engineering; the AI extraction layer was developed jointly with a collaborator. Applied RAG grounding and GPT-4o Vision OCR to sparse and scanned source documents, with a provenance and confidence-scoring system tracing every AI-derived figure back to its source — a governance-first design decision for a high-stakes domain.

Compeerly — Enterprise AI Adoption Platform

A live platform that maps peer influence networks inside organisations to drive AI tool adoption — identifying the internal advocates whose usage pulls colleagues from licensed seats to active use. Built the commercial model quantifying activation upside from seat-level adoption data, with every assumption stated openly rather than embedded in the output. Live and pre-launch — holding go-to-market until the core adoption hypothesis is tested with target users.
