Senior Product Manager with over a decade of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS and connected platform products across EMEA and the US.

I lead end-to-end product ownership — from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition through UX alignment, global launch, and post-launch optimisation — ensuring products deliver measurable customer and commercial impact.

My experience spans platform-enabled hardware and SaaS ecosystems, with direct ownership of software products including remote management solutions and AI-enabled workflow capabilities. I operate at the intersection of product strategy, engineering collaboration, and go-to-market execution, translating complex technical capabilities into scalable, market-ready solutions.

Alongside my primary product leadership role, I design and deploy AI-enabled SaaS applications through an independent product studio. This includes building LLM-powered systems that ingest structured and unstructured data to generate reliable, decision-ready outputs. Through this hands-on work, I deepen my expertise in applied AI system design, retrieval-augmented generation, output validation, and the practical trade-offs between flexibility, determinism, and reliability.

I am particularly motivated by AI-native and platform-driven products where roadmap decisions directly influence adoption, user trust, and long-term business performance.
